The Day Train.

I’m sure the State Government and various other parties are keen to vamp up the life-blood of Hindley Street and the West End precinct. Well, how about building a comfortable amphitheatre in Light Square and putting on a free production every afternoon? Firstly, it would be great calling card for Adelaide, at no real extravagant cost; a year-round open theatre would also be a great training ground for young/aspiring actors and provide a venue for schools to send their students to enjoy professional productions. The content, of course, would need to be gleaned from the classics: W. Shakespeare, H. Ibsen, T. Williams, R Kalinowski, A. Miller, and D. Williamson . . .

I think such an undertaking would be a way to maintain a permanent standing as the Arts capital of Australia and really add to the daily cultural life of the city.

P.S. Can something be done about the right turning light from Montefiore Rd onto War Memorial Drive? Ridiculous.

You want life blood, how about just plain old blood sport - colosseum style? Two men enter, one man leaves etc...
I propose a death match between Pat Conlon and Michael Atkinson. The winner gets a shot at Kevin Folley.
